A Regional Reception and Integration Contract has been prepared by Métropole Rouen Normandie and its communes (Rouen, Déville-lès-Rouen, Isneauville, Elbeuf, Grand Quevilly, Saint Etienne du Rouvray, Petit Quevilly, Saint Pierre les Elbeuf, Saint Aubin Celloville), associations and the government since 2021 to assist refugees and legally resident newly arrived immigrants with their integration process in the region.

As part of its implementation, Métropole Rouen Normandie and several associations in the region are holding a consultation with contract beneficiaries. It has two aims:

  • to determine expectations in terms of support,
  • to get willing beneficiaries involved in a collaborative process to guide the contract.

For this purpose, an initial online questionnaire is offered to determine the needs and expectations of beneficiaries, so that we can improve the way that refugees and newly arrived immigrants are received and integrated in the Métropole region.

You can respond to this questionnaire completely anonymously. If you want to be informed about the outcome of this consultation, you can choose to provide your contact details.
